Overview

Dance News UK is a digital magazine providing subscriptions, advertising opportunities, and promotional services for businesses within the dance industry.

This Refund Policy applies to:

  • Magazine Advertising Bookings

  • Sponsored Features & Promotions

  • Design Services

1. Advertising & Sponsored Content Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services:

All advertising bookings and sponsored content purchases are non-refundable once:

  • The booking has been confirmed

  • Payment has been received

  • Work has commenced (design, communication, scheduling)

This is due to the time and resources allocated to preparing and reserving advertising space within a specific issue.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to: sales@dancenewsuk.co.uk

  • If cancellation is made 14 days before the magazine issue deadline, Dance News UK may offer a credit note towards future advertising.

  • If cancellation is made after this deadline, no refund or credit will be issued.

2. Errors or Issues with Published Adverts

If an error occurs that is the fault of Dance News UK (e.g. incorrect contact details, missing content) we will:

  • Offer a free advert placement in the next available issue OR

  • Apply a partial refund at our discretion

Errors due to incorrect information supplied by the advertiser are not eligible for refunds.

3. Digital Magazine Subscriptions

Dance News UK is currently a free subscription digital magazine. Therefore, refunds do not apply to subscription services.

4. Design Services

Where bespoke design services have been paid for (outside of ad space), these are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If no work has been started, Dance News UK may issue a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

5. How to Request a Refund or Discuss an Issue

All refund requests or concerns must be sent in writing to:

  • Your Name

  • Business Name

  • Invoice Number

  • Reason for Request

We will respond within 3-5 working days.

6. Policy Updates

Dance News UK reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
